Hoping someone will be able to give me guidance about this.
Our Medical Centre has just given notice to the Chair of the PPG that they are dissolving the PPG without any prior warning and as a consequence he will no longer be the Chair.
This is a decision taken by the partners of the Medical Centre.
I am a member of the PPG and have not had any notification of this intent.
My question is – can the Practice legally do this?
Trawling through the legislation and getting nowhere!
